The Friends of Music will be holding their 4th Annual Spaghetti Dinner on Saturday December 1, 2018 at the Linesville Presbyterian Church in Linesville, PA.  The dinner will be held from 3 pm - 7 pm to follow the PymaTubaChristmas.  It also coincides with the annual Linesville Christmas Celebration and is prior to the Linesville Tractor Parade.  (Please see parking and shuttle information above.)

We are asking students and parents to sign up to help with the dinner:

Students -- will help with set up, serving and clean up.  Students should sign up for shifts in the Music rooms at CASH.  All students that help will receive $.50 per hour worked credited to their student account. 

 

Adults -- We will need adult help with food prep on Friday evening as well as Saturday.  We will also need adults to help supervise all areas of the Spaghetti Dinner.   Following is the schedule of shifts for adults:  

Friday 5-7 pm -- Prep food.​

Saturday 9:30 am - 11:30 am -- Early set up (arrange tables, decorations, etc.)

Saturday 2 pm - 3 pm -- Final set up and prep work

Saturday 3 - 5 pm -- Early Service shift

Saturday 5 - 7 pm -- Late Service shift

Saturday 7 - 9 pm -- Clean up
